Reports and other downloads are delivered by link at checkout and by email. Because the file is delivered at once, these sales cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If a download will not open or the link fails, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will send a working copy.

Each purchase is licensed to one person or one practice. Sharing, reposting or reselling the file is not permitted.

Instrument orders are final once placed.

If an instrument arrives damaged, write to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a repair or a replacement.

Orders paid by wire transfer carry the terms set out in their invoice.
